Terms of Service 

1. Parties 

This agreement is between Manette (Seller) and the user (Buyer) using the website.

2. Product Characteristics 

All products are handcrafted and produced as a single unique piece (1 of 1). Small variations in texture are inherent to the handmade process and represent the uniqueness of the item.

3. Orders and Payment 

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in case of stock errors or force majeure.

4. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of the products being "hygienic goods" (swimwear/bikinis) and "unique/special designs," no returns or exchanges are accepted in accordance with consumer protection laws.

5. Intellectual Property 

All designs, images, and content on this site belong to Manette and may not be used without permission.
