1. Unique Production & Artistic Nature 

Every creation at Manette is a handcrafted work of art, produced as a unique, single item (1 of 1). Our products are not mass-produced; each piece is the result of a singular artistic process. Due to the 1 of 1 nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Under consumer protection laws regarding goods prepared in line with the individual needs of the consumer, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to our unique artisanal creations.

2. Hygiene Standards 

Due to health and hygiene regulations, returns and exchanges are strictly not accepted for Swimwear and Bikini categories. These items are considered final sale once the original packaging or hygiene seals have been handled, as they cannot be resold for sanitary reasons.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled if the item has not yet been dispatched for shipping. Once the product is handed over to the courier, the sale is considered final due to the unique production and hygiene terms mentioned above.
